Each tablet contains Caffeine 30mg, Diphenhydramine 25mg, Paracetamol 500mg, and Phenylephrine 5mg. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, effectively reducing fever and alleviating mild to moderate pain such as headaches, body aches, and sore throat associated with cold and flu. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, helps to relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose by blocking histamine receptors, while also providing mild sedative effects to aid rest. Phenylephrine, a selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist, serves as a decongestant by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby reducing swelling and improving airflow.
