Larinject-She Injection contains Ferric Carboxymaltose 50 mg/ml, an intravenous iron preparation indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia when oral iron preparations are ineffective or cannot be used. Ferric Carboxymaltose is a stable complex of polynuclear iron(III)-hydroxide carbohydrate designed for controlled delivery of iron to the reticuloendothelial system, facilitating rapid replenishment of iron stores and hemoglobin synthesis. This formulation allows for large single doses to be administered safely, reducing the need for multiple injections. Larinject-She Injection is particularly useful in patients with chronic kidney disease, inflammatory bowel disease, postpartum anemia, or other conditions associated with significant iron deficiency. The administration should be performed under medical supervision, with dosage individualized based on the patient’s iron deficit, body weight, and hemoglobin levels. Common adverse effects include transient hypophosphatemia, headache, nausea, dizziness, and injection site reactions. Hypersensitivity reactions, although rare, require immediate discontinuation and appropriate management. Larinject-She Injection should be used cautiously in patients with active infections or known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
