Lamifin Lotion is applied once or twice daily to the affected area after cleansing and drying the skin, with the duration of treatment typically ranging from one to four weeks depending on the infection site and severity. It is well tolerated with minimal systemic absorption; however, local adverse reactions such as mild burning, itching, or irritation may occur. Lamifin Lotion should be used with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any excipients. It is contraindicated in individuals with a history of allergic reactions to allylamine antifungals. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision.
