Lacrivisc DS 1% Eye Drop

Lacrivisc DS helps to reduce irritation, burning, and discomfort associated with dry eyes, improving patient comfort and visual clarity. The preservative-free formulation minimizes the risk of hypersensitivity reactions and is suitable for frequent use, including in patients with sensitive eyes or those requiring long-term therapy. Administration involves instilling one or two drops into the affected eye(s) as needed, with dosage tailored according to symptom severity and clinical response.

Lacrivisc DS is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Carboxymethylcellulose or any component of the formulation. As a non-medicated lubricant, it does not treat underlying infections or inflammations; therefore, appropriate diagnosis and management of ocular conditions should be ensured. Storage should be at room temperature, protected from light and contamination.
