Kryxana is typically administered orally in combination with an aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant as part of endocrine therapy. The recommended dosage and treatment regimen should be determined by a healthcare professional based on individual patient factors, including disease status and tolerance. Common adverse effects include neutropenia, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, and hepatotoxicity; therefore, regular monitoring of blood counts and liver function tests is essential during therapy.
Dose adjustments or interruptions may be necessary in cases of severe toxicity. Kryxana is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Ribociclib or any excipients and should be used cautiously in patients with pre-existing liver impairment or cardiac conditions due to the risk of QT interval prolongation.
