Krd-LSR Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Levosulpiride 75 mg and Rabeprazole 20 mg, indicated for the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and related upper gastrointestinal motility disorders. Levosulpiride, a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, exerts prokinetic and antiemetic effects by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and accelerating gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells, promoting mucosal healing and reducing acid-related irritation.
