Each 5 ml of the syrup contains Levosalbutamol 1 mg, Ambroxol 30 mg, and Guaifenesin 50 mg. Levosalbutamol, a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist, acts as a bronchodilator by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways, thereby alleviating bronchospasm and improving airflow in conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
