Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that effectively antagonizes H1 histamine receptors, thereby reducing allergic symptoms such as rhinorrhea, sneezing, and itching. Phenylephrine acts as a selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist, providing vasoconstriction of nasal mucosal blood vessels, which results in decreased swelling and congestion. Koldpalm Syrup is indicated for the treatment of upper respiratory tract allergies, including allergic rhinitis, common cold symptoms, and sinus congestion.
