Koldpalm Syrup is indicated for the treatment of upper respiratory tract allergies, including allergic rhinitis, common cold symptoms, and sinus congestion. The syrup offers rapid relief from nasal obstruction and associated allergic manifestations, improving patient comfort and breathing. It is suitable for use in adults and children above the recommended age, with dosage adjustments as per clinical guidelines.
Caution is advised in patients with hypertension, cardiovascular disorders, hyperthyroidism, and glaucoma due to the sympathomimetic effects of Phenylephrine. Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or other sympathomimetics should be avoided. Adverse effects may include drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, and increased blood pressure.
