Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic agent, facilitating the breakdown and clearance of viscous mucus from the respiratory tract, thereby improving airway patency. Levosalbutamol, a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist, provides bronchodilation by relaxing bronchial smooth muscles, leading to relief from bronchospasm and improved airflow.
