Ketoconazole and Tolnaftate provide broad-spectrum antifungal activity against dermatophytes, yeasts, and molds, while Clioquinol exhibits antimicrobial properties targeting bacterial and fungal pathogens. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, enhances antibacterial efficacy against susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Clobetasol, a potent corticosteroid, addresses inflammation, pruritus, and erythema associated with dermatoses. This combination cream is indicated for conditions such as tinea infections complicated by secondary bacterial colonization and inflammatory dermatoses requiring both antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory treatment. Ketosel-CT Cream should be applied topically to the affected area once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional.
