This topical formulation is indicated for the management of dermatophytosis, candidiasis, and pityriasis versicolor. Ketohelp Cream is applied externally to the affected area, typically once or twice daily, as prescribed by a healthcare professional. It is important to cleanse and dry the area thoroughly before application to enhance absorption and efficacy. The cream is generally well tolerated; however, mild local adverse effects such as irritation, burning sensation, or itching may occur. Patients should avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, and if accidental exposure occurs, the area should be rinsed thoroughly with water. Ketohelp Cream should be used for the full duration prescribed, even if symptoms improve earlier, to prevent recurrence.
