Additionally, it is employed as a premedication to induce sedation before surgical procedures or diagnostic tests. Kepease 25 is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydroxyzine or any of its excipients, and caution is advised in individuals with a history of QT prolongation or cardiac arrhythmias.
