Clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy in both newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, often in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents or corticosteroids. Common adverse reactions include peripheral neuropathy, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, gastrointestinal disturbances, and fatigue. Due to its immunosuppressive effects, patients should be monitored for infections and appropriate prophylactic measures considered.
Caution is advised in patients with hepatic impairment, and dose adjustments may be necessary. Jupizomib 2 Injection is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to bortezomib, boron, or mannitol.
