Joyven XR 75 Tablet contains Venlafaxine 75mg, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. Venlafaxine acts by increasing the levels of neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine in the central nervous system, thereby helping to restore the balance of these chemicals and improve mood and anxiety symptoms.

Joyven XR 75 is formulated as an extended-release tablet to provide a controlled release of the active ingredient, ensuring consistent plasma concentrations and enhancing patient compliance through once-daily dosing. The medication should be initiated at a lower dose and gradually titrated to minimize adverse effects such as nausea, dizziness, insomnia, and increased blood pressure.
Patients should be monitored regularly for clinical response and any signs of worsening depression or emergent suicidal ideation, especially during the initial treatment period. Caution is advised when used concomitantly with other serotonergic agents due to the risk of serotonin syndrome. Joyven XR 75 should be discontinued gradually to avoid withdrawal symptoms. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Venlafaxine or any of its excipients and should be used under medical supervision with appropriate consideration of patient history and comorbid conditions.
