Joclab Injection is administered intravenously under strict medical supervision, with dosing regimens tailored according to the specific indication and patient response. The drug’s pharmacokinetics include rapid cellular uptake and prolonged intracellular retention, contributing to its sustained cytotoxic activity. Common adverse effects may include myelosuppression, immunosuppression, fever, and infusion-related reactions, necessitating regular monitoring of blood counts and patient status throughout therapy.
Due to its immunosuppressive properties, patients should be evaluated for active infections prior to initiation, and appropriate prophylactic measures should be considered. Joclab Injection is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Cladribine or its components.
