It is indicated for the prophylaxis and adjunctive treatment of recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, including otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia, particularly in individuals with compromised or immature immune systems. The recommended dosage and duration of therapy should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the patient’s clinical condition and response to treatment.
Ismigen Tablet is generally well tolerated; however, mild adverse effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions may occur. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision.
