Ishderm-CN Cream is a topical formulation combining Beclometasone dipropionate (0.025% w/w), Neomycin sulfate (0.5% w/w), and Clotrimazole (1% w/w), designed for the treatment of inflammatory and infectious dermatoses. Beclometasone, a potent corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects, effectively reducing redness, swelling, and itching associated with dermatological conditions. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, targets and inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, providing broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. Clotrimazole, an imidazole antifungal agent, disrupts fungal cell membrane synthesis by inhibiting ergosterol production, thereby treating superficial fungal infections such as dermatophytosis, candidiasis, and pityriasis versicolor. The combination cream is indicated for mixed infections where inflammatory skin conditions coexist with bacterial and fungal infections. Ishderm-CN Cream should be applied topically to the affected area in a thin layer, typically twice daily, as directed by a healthcare professional.
