Dosage and administration should be individualized based on patient tolerance, prior therapy, and hematologic parameters. Common adverse effects include neutropenia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue, necessitating close monitoring of blood counts and supportive care measures.
Premedication with antiemetics and atropine may be required to manage cholinergic symptoms and gastrointestinal side effects. Iritero 100 Injection is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to irinotecan or its components and should be used cautiously in individuals with hepatic impairment.
