Domperidone, a peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, facilitates gastric motility and accelerates gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and bloating.

Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells, promoting mucosal healing and reducing acid-related irritation. The synergistic action of these agents provides effective symptomatic relief and enhances mucosal protection in conditions characterized by acid reflux and delayed gastric emptying.
Inzapra RD is indicated for the treatment of erosive esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux symptoms, and prevention of acid-related damage in patients with functional dyspepsia. It is generally well tolerated; however, caution is advised in patients with known hypersensitivity, hepatic impairment, or those on medications that may interact with Domperidone or Esomeprazole. Dosage and duration should be individualized based on clinical response and physician guidance.
Regular monitoring is recommended to assess therapeutic efficacy and detect potential adverse effects.
