Injop-DSR Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Domperidone 30mg and Pantoprazole 40mg, designed to manage gastrointestinal disorders characterized by acid reflux, dyspepsia, and delayed gastric emptying. Domperidone, a peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, enhances gastrointestinal motility and accelerates gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and bloating. Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells, providing effective relief from acid-related conditions including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and peptic ulcers. The synergistic action of these two agents offers comprehensive symptom control by addressing both motility dysfunction and acid hypersecretion.
