Pregabalin, a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) analogue, modulates calcium channels to reduce neurotransmitter release, thereby alleviating neuropathic pain and seizures. Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, contributing to analgesic effects and mood stabilization in chronic pain syndromes. Methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12, supports nerve regeneration and repair by promoting myelin sheath synthesis and enhancing neuronal function.
