Imograf Ointment

Imograf Ointment is applied thinly to affected areas twice daily and is intended for short-term or intermittent long-term use to control flare-ups. It is particularly useful in sensitive skin areas such as the face, neck, and flexural regions where corticosteroid use may be limited due to potential adverse effects. The ointment is not recommended for use in children under two years of age or in patients with known hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or any of the excipients.

Common adverse reactions include transient burning or itching at the application site, which typically resolve with continued use. Patients are advised to avoid exposure to sunlight and ultraviolet light during treatment. Imograf Ointment should be used under medical supervision, with careful monitoring for signs of infection or skin malignancies during prolonged therapy.
