Ikgdar 100mg Injection contains Rituximab, a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20 antigen found on the surface of B-lymphocytes. It is indicated for the treatment of various B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, as well as certain autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis. Rituximab exerts its therapeutic effect by binding to the CD20 antigen, leading to B-cell depletion through mechanisms including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, complement-dependent cytotoxicity, and induction of apoptosis.

Ikgdar 100mg Injection is administered intravenously under strict medical supervision, with dosage and treatment schedules tailored according to the specific indication and patient response. Prior to infusion, premedication with antihistamines and corticosteroids is recommended to minimize infusion-related reactions.
