Ibser 50 Tablet

Ibser 50 is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above, under medical supervision. The tablet should be taken orally, usually once daily, with or without food, as directed by a healthcare professional. Dosage adjustments may be necessary based on clinical response and tolerability. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, dizziness, insomnia, and sexual dysfunction, which typically diminish with continued use.

It is important to avoid abrupt discontinuation to prevent withdrawal symptoms. Ibser 50 should be used cautiously in patients with a history of bipolar disorder, seizures, or liver impairment. Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or other serotonergic drugs may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, a potentially life-threatening condition. Patients should inform their physician of all medications and medical conditions before starting therapy.
