Ibilul Cream contains Luliconazole 1% w/w, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent belonging to the imidazole class. Luliconazole exerts its antifungal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, thereby disrupting membrane integrity and leading to fungal cell death.

Ibilul Cream is applied once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin after cleansing and drying, typically for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the severity and type of infection.
