Halobetasol exerts strong anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects by modulating the release of inflammatory mediators and suppressing immune responses in the skin. Salicylic Acid facilitates the removal of scales and promotes desquamation by softening and loosening keratin, enhancing the penetration and efficacy of the corticosteroid. I Salic 6 Ointment is applied topically to the affected areas once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional.
