The moisturizing base of Hysoft Cream aids in restoring the skin’s natural barrier function and hydration, enhancing patient comfort during treatment. It is intended for external use only and should be applied sparingly to the affected area, typically two to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Prolonged use or application over large surface areas should be avoided to minimize the risk of systemic absorption and potential corticosteroid-related adverse effects. Caution is advised in patients with skin infections, as corticosteroids may exacerbate these conditions.
