HHLite Cream is a topical formulation containing Hydroquinone 2% w/w, Mometasone 0.1% w/w, and Tretinoin 0.025% w/w, designed for the treatment of hyperpigmentation disorders such as melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and other pigmentary abnormalities. Hydroquinone acts as a skin-lightening agent by inhibiting tyrosinase, thereby reducing melanin synthesis. Mometasone, a potent corticosteroid, provides anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, helping to reduce erythema, swelling, and irritation associated with pigmentary conditions. Tretinoin, a retinoid, promotes epidermal turnover and enhances the penetration of hydroquinone, facilitating more effective depigmentation. The combination therapy aims to improve skin tone uniformity and reduce dark spots with synergistic efficacy. HHLite Cream should be applied once daily to the affected areas, preferably at night, following proper skin cleansing. Caution is advised to avoid excessive sun exposure and use of concomitant skin irritants during treatment.
