Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, exhibits antioxidant properties and strengthens capillary walls, reducing capillary permeability and fragility, which helps in minimizing bruising and swelling. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thus decreasing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation.
The synergistic action of these components makes Healenz-D Tablet particularly effective in managing acute musculoskeletal conditions such as sprains, strains, contusions, and post-operative inflammation. It is also beneficial in chronic inflammatory disorders requiring combined enzyme and NSAID therapy. Healenz-D should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, peptic ulcer disease, and bleeding disorders.
