Halomesh Cream contains Halobetasol 0.05% w/w, a potent topical corticosteroid indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses responsive to corticosteroid therapy. Halobetasol exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects by modulating the release of inflammatory mediators and suppressing immune responses in the skin. Halomesh Cream is primarily used in the management of conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, and lichen planus, providing rapid relief from symptoms including redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort. The cream formulation allows for effective penetration into the affected skin layers, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes. It is intended for external use only and should be applied in a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional. Prolonged use or application over large surface areas should be avoided to minimize the risk of systemic absorption and potential side effects such as skin atrophy, telangiectasia, and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis suppression.
