Minoxidil’s mechanism involves the opening of potassium channels, leading to vasodilation and improved follicular nutrition. Clinical studies have demonstrated that consistent twice-daily use of Minoxidil 5% results in increased hair density and thickness over a period of several months.
Hairjoy Foam is generally well tolerated, with adverse effects limited primarily to localized scalp irritation, itching, or dryness. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Minoxidil or any component of the formulation.
