This cream is intended for external use only and should be applied sparingly to the affected areas once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional. Patients are advised to avoid excessive sun exposure and to use broad-spectrum sunscreen during treatment to prevent further pigmentation and protect sensitive skin. Common side effects may include mild irritation, redness, or dryness at the application site; if severe irritation or allergic reactions occur, use should be discontinued and medical advice sought.
H-One Cream is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to hydroquinone or any of the formulation components.
