By forming a viscoelastic film over the ocular surface, Guerifresh Gel helps to stabilize the tear film, reduce evaporation, and promote comfort in patients experiencing dryness, burning, or foreign body sensation associated with conditions such as keratoconjunctivitis sicca or exposure to environmental irritants.

The gel formulation ensures prolonged retention time on the ocular surface compared to aqueous solutions, allowing for sustained relief and improved patient compliance. Guerifresh Gel is suitable for use in adults and children, including contact lens wearers, although lenses should be removed prior to application and may be reinserted 15 minutes afterward. The product is generally well tolerated, with minimal risk of adverse effects; however, transient blurred vision or mild ocular irritation may occur upon instillation.
It is recommended to use Guerifresh Gel as directed by a healthcare professional, typically instilling one to two drops into the affected eye(s) as needed to alleviate dryness and discomfort.

How to use Guerifresh Eye Drop This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
