Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide serves as a centrally acting cough suppressant, reducing the frequency and intensity of dry, non-productive cough. Guaifenesin enhances mucus clearance by increasing respiratory tract fluid secretions, aiding in the expectoration process. Grilinctus Syrup is indicated for the treatment of cough associated with upper respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, and allergic conditions.
