Grafeel Injection contains Filgrastim 300mcg, a recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) used to stimulate the production of neutrophils in patients with neutropenia. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of neutropenia associated with chemotherapy, bone marrow transplantation, or severe chronic neutropenia. Filgrastim acts by binding to specific cell surface receptors on hematopoietic cells, promoting the proliferation, differentiation, and activation of neutrophil precursors, thereby reducing the duration of neutropenia and the risk of infection.

Grafeel Injection is administered subcutaneously or intravenously, with dosing individualized based on patient response and clinical condition. Common adverse effects include bone pain, mild fever, and injection site reactions. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Filgrastim or any component of the formulation.
