Goodpara 650 Tablet contains Paracetamol 650 mg as its active ingredient, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent. It is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain, including headaches, dental pain, musculoskeletal pain, and dysmenorrhea, as well as for the reduction of fever associated with various conditions such as common cold and influenza. Paracetamol exerts its effect primarily by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and through a peripheral action by blocking pain impulse generation. Goodpara 650 Tablet is generally well tolerated when used at recommended doses; however, caution should be exercised in patients with hepatic impairment or chronic alcohol use due to the risk of hepatotoxicity. The usual adult dose is one tablet every 6 to 8 hours, not exceeding four grams per day to avoid toxicity. It is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or any component of the formulation. Patients are advised to avoid concurrent use with other Paracetamol-containing products to prevent overdose. Goodpara 650 Tablet should be used under medical supervision, especially in patients with pre-existing liver or kidney conditions.
