Goodeslor is characterized by minimal sedative effects due to its limited penetration of the blood-brain barrier, making it suitable for patients requiring daytime symptom control without impairment of cognitive or psychomotor functions. The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above is one 5mg tablet once daily, with adjustments based on clinical response and patient tolerance.
Goodeslor should be used cautiously in patients with hepatic impairment, and dosage modification may be necessary.
