Gnx-Rose-CV 10 Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Rosuvastatin 10 mg and Clopidogrel 75 mg, designed for the management of cardiovascular conditions. Rosuvastatin, a potent HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, effectively lowers low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglycerides while modestly increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), thereby reducing the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Clopidogrel, an antiplatelet agent, inhibits platelet aggregation by irreversibly blocking the P2Y12 component of ADP receptors on platelet surfaces, preventing thrombus formation. This combination is indicated for patients at high risk of cardiovascular events, including those with a history of myocardial infarction, stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease. The dual action of lipid-lowering and platelet inhibition provides a synergistic effect in preventing recurrent ischemic events. Gnx-Rose-CV 10 Capsule should be administered orally once daily, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food.
