Glocin Gel

Nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3, possesses anti-inflammatory and sebostatic properties, contributing to the reduction of erythema and lesion count. The combination of these agents provides a dual mechanism of action targeting both microbial colonization and inflammatory response. Glocin Gel is applied topically to the affected areas once or twice daily, as directed by a healthcare professional.

It is generally well tolerated, with minimal systemic absorption reducing the risk of systemic side effects. Common adverse reactions may include mild local irritation, dryness, or erythema at the application site. Use of Glocin Gel should be avoided in patients with known hypersensitivity to clindamycin, nicotinamide, or any component of the formulation.
