The combination therapy offers synergistic benefits by addressing both delayed gastric emptying and excessive acid production, improving overall symptom control and patient compliance.
Esontia-D Capsule PR is indicated for patients with GERD exhibiting persistent symptoms despite monotherapy, as well as those with functional dyspepsia accompanied by delayed gastric emptying. It should be used under medical supervision, with caution advised in patients with known hypersensitivity to either component, hepatic or renal impairment, or underlying cardiac conditions due to the potential risk of QT interval prolongation associated with Domperidone.
