This targeted therapy is indicated for patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after failure of at least one prior chemotherapy regimen and for use in combination with gemcitabine for locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic cancer. Erlocip 150 is administered orally, with dosing tailored according to patient tolerance and clinical response. Common adverse effects include rash, diarrhea, anorexia, and fatigue, which are generally manageable with supportive care.
Regular monitoring of liver function tests and dermatologic assessments is recommended during therapy.
