Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, exhibits antioxidant properties and strengthens capillary walls, thereby reducing capillary permeability and fragility, which aids in minimizing bruising and swelling. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
The synergistic action of these components makes Enzolite-Plus effective in managing acute and chronic inflammatory conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative edema, soft tissue inflammation, and joint disorders. It is indicated for relief of pain and inflammation associated with sprains, strains, contusions, and arthritis. Enzolite-Plus should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, bleeding disorders, or gastrointestinal ulcers.
