Enoxarin 60 Injection contains enoxaparin sodium, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat thromboembolic disorders. Administered via subcutaneous injection, Enoxarin 60 is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which may lead to pulmonary embolism (PE), as well as for the management of acute coronary syndromes including unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction. Enoxaparin exerts its anticoagulant effect by selectively inhibiting factor Xa and to a lesser extent factor IIa (thrombin), thereby interrupting the coagulation cascade and reducing the formation of fibrin clots. This agent offers predictable pharmacokinetics, allowing for fixed dosing without routine coagulation monitoring in most patients. However, dose adjustment may be necessary in patients with renal impairment or those at increased risk of bleeding. Contraindications include active major bleeding, hypersensitivity to enoxaparin or heparin, and history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Common adverse effects include bleeding, injection site reactions, and thrombocytopenia. Enoxarin 60 Injection should be used under medical supervision with careful assessment of bleeding risk and appropriate monitoring as indicated.
