Nax B Gel is a topical antibacterial and keratolytic agent, formulated with a balanced combination of Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5% w/w) and Clindamycin (1% w/w). The gel is designed for the treatment of acne vulgaris, targeting both the excessive proliferation of bacteria and excess sebum production, the latter of which leads to comedogenesis. Benzoyl Peroxide serves to break down comedonal debris, while Clindamycin inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the primary causative agent of inflammatory acne lesions.
