Minem 200 Tablet is a prescription-only medication containing faropenem, a broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic, in a strength of 200mg per tablet. It is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible microorganisms, including upper respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and urinary tract infections. Faropenem exhibits potent antibacterial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, and Escherichia coli. The tablet is designed for once-daily oral administration, with the recommended dose ranging from 200mg to 400mg, depending on the severity and type of infection. Minem 200 Tablet may be used in combination with other antibacterial agents or adjunctive therapy, such as antifungal agents, to treat complex infections.
