Duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), enhances neurotransmitter activity in the brain, contributing to pain relief and improvement in depressive symptoms. The delayed-release (DR) formulation ensures gradual absorption, optimizing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing gastrointestinal side effects. Kidul-P 30 is indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, fibromyalgia, and generalized anxiety disorder.
