Maxgalin ER 75 Tablet contains Pregabalin 75mg, an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent used primarily for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and spinal cord injury. It is also indicated as adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures in adults and for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Pregabalin acts by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, thereby modulating calcium influx and reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters.
