This mechanism effectively prevents the formation and extension of blood clots. Hepfav 5000IU Injection is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of venous thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism, atrial fibrillation with embolization risk, and during extracorporeal circulation such as hemodialysis or cardiac surgery. It is also utilized in the management of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).
