Goodgaba 100 Tablet contains Gabapentin 100 mg, an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent used primarily in the management of epilepsy and neuropathic pain conditions. Gabapentin acts by modulating the release of excitatory neurotransmitters through binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, thereby reducing neuronal excitability. It is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults and pediatric patients aged 3 years and above.
