Zoritop-DSR Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Domperidone 30 mg and Rabeprazole 20 mg, designed for the effective management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and related upper gastrointestinal disorders. Domperidone, a peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, facilitates gastric motility and accelerates gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and bloating. Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme in the gastric parietal cells, promoting mucosal healing and symptom relief in acid-related conditions.
